Proposed Bill to limit Garbage Truck Pick-up times!
Go to our Bulletin Board on the AOAO drop-down menu to learn more about Bill 23 and its goal to limit garbage pickup by private refuse companies to 6:00AM to 9:00PM. Give testimony, too!

The 2022 Annual Meeting
Results of the 2022 Annual Meeting election, held last evening, may be found on the Who We Are page on this website. The Board of Directors thanks all who were able to submit proxies for the meeting to take place, and all who were able to attend in person.
Proposed Resolution about Adjacent Properties!
State Representative Adrian Tam, whose district includes Waikiki, is introducing a resolution to have the City & County of Honolulu purchase the empty land parcels near Waikiki Lanais and transform them into better ways to serve the community. Lockbox Removal & On-site Storage Notice
Click here for the Lockbox Removal Notice; all lockboxes in Common Areas will be removed by management on March 14, 2022. Please remove your lockboxes prior to that date.
Also, unidentified property in storage lockers & bicycle/moped/surfboard cages will be removed by March 16, 2022.

Annual Meeting Notice
Due to a typographical error on the deadline date of the first notice (3/4/22), a revised proxy ballot with the correct deadline date of March 24, 2022 was mailed to all owners a week later. All ‘first editions’ will be accepted if they are received by March 4!
