2020 Annual Meeting of Association Owners is postponed

In light of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have been advised by our attorney to postpone the Annual Meeting until a later date at which it can be safely conducted.

Once such a date is determined, owners will be provided a formal notice in writing.

Per our bylaws and HRS 514b, the proxies must be delivered to Touchstone ​“no later than 4:30 pm on the second business day prior to the date of the meeting to which it pertains.”. The AOAO would use the new date of the meeting for the purposes of proxy deadlines.

If you have already turned in your proxy, it will be considered valid for the rescheduled meeting unless you revoke your proxy in writing to Touchstone Properties.
