At the January 5, 2021 Organizational Meeting, the Board of Directors unanimously elected the Officers and assigned terms as follows for the six Directors who replaced the six who were removed at the December 19, 2020 Annual Meeting:

Steven Jones, President 2-year term/expiring 2022

Denise Boisvert, Vice-President

Patti Nakatani, Secretary

Nancy Nagamine, Treasurer

Jayson Kalani Lum 3-year term/expiring 2023

Ashley Bailey 2-year term/expiring 2022

Frank Au 2-year term/expiring 2022

April Harrington 1-year term/expiring 2021

John MacKillop 1-year term/expiring 2021
