Updated House Rules and Forms!

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the updated House Rules were approved in last night’s Board Meeting. Hard copies shall be mailed shortly to all Owners and the rules shall take effect on September 1, 2021.

The Board’s focus on safety and security in the building prevailed. The AOAO legal counsel reviewed the proposed revision and forms to ensure compliance with Federal and State laws, and offered many recommendations, including the importance for a Resident Manager and staff to know who is occupying any Apartment in the building, and which vehicles are authorized to park on the premises.

All the forms mentioned in the newly-revised House Rules are required of all Owners, Owners’ Agents, Residents (Owners, Tenants, and Guests), as applicable, and are to be submitted to the Resident Manager’s office. These new forms shall supersede any similar previous forms. As noted in the House Rules, failure to follow the rules shall result in warnings and fines.

The following forms must be completed and submitted by current residents by September 1, 2021:

  • Owner Information Form from all Owners

  • Resident Registration Form from ALL residents who occupy an apartment September 1, 2021 (includes Owner-Occupants, Tenants, and Guests when Owner is not present)

The Occupancy Information to Resident Manager Form is effective on September 1. All Owners or Owners’ Agents must complete a form for any persons who shall occupy their apartment at any time.

The two types of parking rental forms are effective immediately.
